Home Meal Delivery for Seniors Citizens

The GREAT PLATES DELIVERED Program is a meal delivery service to assist those in need of home delivered meals and to help get the restaurants, hospitality, and transportation community back to work. The purpose is to help older adults and at-risk adults from COVID-19 to stay home and stay healthy by delivering three nutritious meals per day. In addition, it will also provide an essential economic stimulus to local businesses struggling to stay afloat during the crisis.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Meet age requirements: Are age 65 or older, OR Are age 60-64 and have been diagnosed with or exposed to COVID-19 or are considered high-risk by the CDC
  • Live alone or with one other program-eligible adult
  • Earn less than $74,940 (single) or $101,460 (two-person household)
  • Are not currently receiving assistance from another state or federal nutrition assistance programs
  • Have difficulty accessing food resources or preparing your own meals

CALL THE FOLLOWING NUMBERS TO SIGN UP

  • You will not be asked for proof of income
  • You will not be asked about your immigration or citizenship status
  • You will receive three nutritious meals a day, 7 days a week
